Selective Intake — New Clients Begin With a Session
You’ll use my secure portal to upload your tax documents. Everything you share is encrypted and protected. Once your documents are received, I’ll review them and follow up if anything else is needed.
What to Upload
Here are the most common documents clients provide during the upload process:
• W‑2s
• 1099‑NEC or 1099‑MISC
• 1099‑INT, 1099‑DIV, or 1099‑B
• 1099‑R for retirement income
• Mortgage interest statements (Form 1098)
• Property tax statements
• Dependent‑related documents
• Any notices received from the IRS or state.
These examples reflect the types of clients I typically assist. They are not requirements — just common scenarios that may help you identify where you fit.

What Happens After You Upload
After you upload your documents, I’ll review everything for accuracy and completeness. If anything is missing, I’ll reach out. Once your return is prepared, we’ll schedule a review session before filing.
