Parker360 offers a calm, structured, and purpose‑driven approach to individual tax preparation. Pricing is transparent and reflects both industry standards and the PPR ecosystem required to prepare and securely transmit returns. This practice focuses solely on individual returns, including Schedule C for sole proprietors. Entity‑level business returns (1120, 1120‑S, 1065) remain out of scope. Every return is handled with clarity, care, and purpose.

CLIENT INTAKE PROCESS (REQUIRED BEFORE DOCUMENT UPLOAD)   


Parker360 accepts clients through a selective intake process to ensure each return is within the scope of this practice and receives the attention it deserves.


1. Calendy Intake Questionnaire   You’ll answer a few structured questions about your tax situation so we can determine fit and complexity.


2. Application Review   Your responses are reviewed to confirm that your return is within the scope of this practice (individual returns only, including Schedule C for sole proprietors).


3. Intake Session   A brief virtual session is scheduled to clarify your needs, outline required documents, and confirm next steps.


Only approved clients receive a private, secure link to upload tax documents.

Eligibility Requirements:   This rate is reserved for individuals who:

  • Are filing for the first time
  • Have W‑2 income only
  • Have no prior filing obligations
  • Have no penalties, notices, or unresolved IRS issues
  • Have a clean tax history (no amendments, no prior credits, no self‑employment income)


If your situation includes dependents, education credits, retirement income, 1099‑NEC, or self‑employment, standard pricing applies.

Do you work with clients outside Georgia?   Yes. Parker360 is based in Georgia but serves individual tax clients nationwide through a virtual, secure process.


Can I upload my documents before the intake process?   No. All clients must complete the Calendly intake questionnaire and Intake Session first. Approved clients are then given a private, secure upload link.


Do you prepare business returns?   No. This practice focuses solely on individual returns, including Schedule C for sole proprietors. Entity‑level returns (1120, 1120‑S, 1065) are out of scope.


Is this a virtual tax prep service?   Yes. All services are delivered virtually, with secure online document handling and structured communication. Clients located in Atlanta and surrounding counties may request limited in‑person options when appropriate.


Where do I upload my documents?   Approved clients receive a private, secure upload link after their Intake Session. Clients in Atlanta and nearby counties who prefer in‑person document drop‑off may request availability during onboarding.
